To answer your questions:
1) I suppose a person with PD could kill someone but it wouldn't be because of the disease.
2) There are no home remedies that will cure the disease. Some activities and changes in lifestyle can be helpful, especially in combination with medication.
3) As far as I know, there is no way to get PD "totally off." There are many ways to improve quality of life.
4) I'm not sure I understand this question, but if you are asking if the disease is contagious, no it is not.

The Michael J Fox Foundation website is a gold mine of information about how to cope with Parkinson's. They are also very actively researching treatments.

There are some lifestyle changes that can be very helpful, but treating PD is not a do-it-yourself project. Learn as much as you can about this disease

I would suggest you read about Parkinson's at a reputable site like the mayo clinic or webmd, or go to the sites dedicated to the disease.
Parkinson's is a chronic, progressive disease and there is no cure, but symptoms can be managed with medication and therapies. Home remedies may be helpful but they can not make anyone "OK".
