How do you deal with parent who refuses to take shower?

because they think they just did then get mad at me. My mom gets very nasty wants to know if she stinks. Claims she just took shower when I know its been days. I just don't know how to deal with this and even if I get her to take a shower, washing her her long hair is even more difficult.

If it has been more than a week, tell her, yes she stinks and pretty soon she will have cooties (head lice) all over.
