Can my uncle's POA sign his signature on the letter of intent to collect?
My Uncle is beneficiary of my mom's acct. He has a POA.

You cannot use a POA to benefit yourself. Bank won't accept it. AND if the grantor is deceased, any POA or Guardianship ends at death. After death, the Executor takes over. Probate is filed. Waiting period is observed.

Has your mother died? POA ends upon the principle's death.
