Is Missouri a "probate estate only" state when it comes to Medicaid estate recovery?

The only assets my Aunt had when she died is $999.99 in her bank account, with a POD to me. In Missouri, is this a recoverable asset?

In Missouri, POD accounts do not pass through probate. You can claim the money and it is not a recoverable asset. You can see more information on this document, a pdf from the Missouri Bar Association:
