I have a small business (LLC) and I have money in the checking account, Is that counted toward my assets for Medicaid eligibility? I make less than 17K per year but have saved allot by not spending my money but the money is in the LLC checking account. Thx

I think you need an attorney who knows the regs for Medicaid in YOUR state.
