My mom has her son as POA but he has taken advantage of her Alzheimer's. Can I file for guardianship of her?

and has spent all her money.  He has written up a new will, transferred her properties to him and his wife and has not allowed family to visit her without his being present the entire time.

Yes you can. Get an elder law attorney toot sweet!. Even if it has to be a court appointed guardian. What He has done is theft, pure and simple. Don't stand by and let him get away with it.
