Do I pay taxes, FICA as an unlicensed companion sitter?

Im paid by a LTC claim. The invoice i turn in is titled "Invoice for Independent health care provider".

You declare the total earnings on a Schedule C (small business) which allows certain deductions offsetting the income. Your FICA is then calculated. I think a good tax service would be able to help you sort it out.

I'm not sure what a LTC claim is, assuming LTC means long term care. Could you explain?
