Will this affect my father's Medicaid?

His son recently passed and did not list beneficiaries on a few policies. I am his power of attorney.  Should I sign?

Theresa, I'm not really clear on what it is you should sign. Could you clarify that please?

If no beneficiaries are named, the proceeds become part of the son's estate. Now what matters is what the son's Will says. If the will names Dad as an heir, he gets part of it, which will really nuts up the Medicaid. See an attorney ASAP.
