Where to find financial assistance, Social Security is not enough?

I am 91 yrs. I served in World War ll and I am disabled. My wife can care for me but we need financial help? I was recalled for Korea.discharged honorably.I live alone most of the time as wife works in a nursing home as a housekeeper. I would like her to quit but cant afford to. We would need financial assistance.i can live at home with assistance.
