Medicare will not honor my POA. For my mother stating it does not have release of medical information included. Anyone ever have this issue ? Where do you find a POA that does have the correct language?
You need to have the medical POA form or Health Care Proxy form. Usually your MD has the medical forms that she can sign and his office help can witness.
