Caring for a disabled spouse. Is there a program to help offset some of the cost?

I had to leave my job to care for my sick wife. She is a recent amputee, is on dialysis, and is a fifty year diabetic with many complications due to this illness. She cannot get around on her own so I must be available all the time to care for her. Is there a program that could help offset some of the cost for my services. I live in NH.
