I frequently need to get down to and up from a kneeing position for cleaning. Where to find something to help with that?

A chair or table of the right height is not usually available nearby and getting down to clean a spill and getting up again is difficult with my arthritic knee and ankle.

If there is a spill, i use a paper towel or rag, wet a bit and pushed around with my foot. Or a self wringing string mop. Never hands and knees.

I have a garden kneeler that I use outside when I have yard work to do. It's foldable and you can use it to either sit or kneel. It's not a fancy smanshy version and is very light weight. You can fold it up easily and store it when not in use.

I hired a cleaning lady for two hours a week and I pay her $40. She can do ten times what I can in two hours. I'm exhausted just watching her.

What about using a garden kneeler... just google it if you don't know what that is.
