If someone receives hospice care and lives longer than 6 months what happens at that point in time?

Pattytrantham Oct 2015
My Mom has been with hospice in home care for over a year now. They re-evaluate her every 3 months and she has remained in their care. Just minimum care, nurse coming every week. Just requested home health care for assistance with bathing. They are so caring and helpful?

The hospice service will re-evaluate the patient and will probably continue their services.
