Thoughtful ideas about caring for a partner or spouse with Alzheimer's disease?

My now 99-year old mother, Marjorie K. M. was, for about 7 years, the caregiver for her husband, who had Alzheimer's Disease. Following his death about 10 years ago, my mother wrote a booklet describing the lessons that she learned from the experience. She self-published it at that time. Her book is entitled: "For the Alzheimer Caretaker: Helpful Hints."

It is a loving and useful description of what a caregiving spouse needs to know and to hold on to in dealing with a husband or wife with Alzheimer's Disease. I hope that it will be useful to others in a similar situation.

Thank you so much I've downloaded this! It's amazing that she put something together that appears to be so thorough. God bless your now 99 year old mom and you for thinking of us to share it with.
