He is a ww2 vet who is 92 and has Alzheimer's. I feel his wife is abusing hies money/will. And assets. I need elder law for him. His emotional wellbeing, elder abuse of finances;
If you found this site you should be able to go on line and find an elder law attorney in your area. If you dad will cooperate and is mentally sound you should get him to give you power of attorney. If he is mentally incompetent you might look into legal guardianship.
