I am 83...wife 70......Two kids 34 & 36 both with families. Our few possessions are entirety...Home mtg'd for little more that its value.....Auto fully mtg'd normal possessions
We have been reading about avoiding probate. We have a will...Everything to one another if one dies....Equal to each son if both die..
