My Mom (72) on SSI and has Amerigroup insurance & Medicare. Will she qualify for home care?

Will homecare bill out to govt for coverage? What I need to know is how much of home care (cleaning, bathing) is covered and how much is out of pocket? She lives in Forth Worth (Tarrant Co.) Texas. I live in Michigan. I already have her on Meals on Wheels, she does drive. But what she needs is help bathing herself and cleaning her apartment. Thank you!
