My Dad has behavioral incontinence. What to do?

He will get blankets out of the linen closet or even clothes out of his closet and put them under his midsection while he sleeps at night and pees on them and then hides them in the morning so we don't find out. We have spoke about this but it isn't working. Has anyone else experienced this or a similar issue. Help!
