She has dementia, is bedridden,lives with me however my mother takes her disability benefits and has illegal credit cards in her name. I want to get guardianship without her knowledge of it due to the fact she will fight it.
Also if she fights my getting guardianship, I will have to admit in open court her illegal activity which I don't want to do because if my grandmother still had her right mind she wouldn't want my mother going to jail and neither do I. I just want my grandmother to get the benefits sh deserves!
