I've been paying med co-pay, diapers and pads. I can't afford it anymore, now what?

Va & Insur pays grandma's assist living rent. v.a./ all maxed out just to pay for her caregivers / rent in a home with caregivers 24/7. She has to still pay for prescription co-pay/ dr. co-pay, diapers/gloves/pads that are not included in her caregiving/rent. She has nothing left to pay for that too, I have been paying it but I can no longer afford to. What can I do seeing as she still needs these things for her care??
