My husband had bladder cancer when he was 32 and then had a another tumor 4 years later. Need advice.

but now 14 years later - something came up on his pet scan and now had a bone biopsy- what is the probability that he might have bone cancer -

Bone cancer has many different types, some hereditary, some not. Since he had cancer before, they are being abundantly cautious. The earlier something like this is found, the easier it is to treat. Don't overthink yourself, take one day at a time. Examples of benign bone tumors include osteoma, osteoid osteoma, osteochondroma, osteoblastoma, enchondroma, giant cell tumor of bone, aneurysmal bone cyst, and fibrous dysplasia of bone. So now go look those up online and feel better.
