Which agency services elders in Newton?

My 74 year old sister in-law lives in Newton, just came home from a rehabilitation center and needs in home assistance w/ shopping, cooking, light housekeeping, and possibly home delivered meals and transportation. She has limited mobility and is using a walker and wheel chair. I believe her medical needs will be taken care of; I'm not sure about personal needs such as bathing, etc. She lives with her husband, who she is dependent on; however, he seems overwhelmed by the situation at hand. They would most likely qualify for sliding scale or services for which they would pay a fee.
