Can you give me a guideline of how much a part time caregiver would cost?

My father in law is still mobile and functional, but is not able to care for himself and live alone. How much can I expect to pay for a part-time care-giver and also then for a full time one?

Thank you so much, I have absolutely no idea of where to start
