When my husband signed a Power of attorney, he did not put Jr. on the name. Will this cause a problem?

Now the bank has denied it without the Jr on the form and he can no longer sign his name. Is this going to be a major problem with everything??

My mother made my brother POA and me alternate, however, they misspelled my last name. Mom and brother know it and no one has done anything about it. I have always wondered if this would be a problem should I have to take over POA duties. You comment made me think about this again and how picky banks can be.

Since the time he prepared it, my husband has been unable to sign his name. That is the problem.

Go back to the attorney who prepared the POA and make him correct it.
