What are resources I might use to find employment?

I am 58 and was a caregiver, but am no longer able to lift. I would like to find employment in another area, but am having difficulty. My skills are associated with caregiving--primarily, but I am open to training to fit into another position. Any help you could provide I would greatly appreciate. Thank you, Good Karma Sharon
