still no will, probate, and brother told judge yea i spent about 250k no receipts, nobody has told me anything mom is dead over 2 years. a revocable trust that they pulled out of her hands when she wanted to cross off brother and wife and told n/h i (mom)said i did not sign this, n/h held her prisoner for 4 months and there was gross mismangement of court affairs. i still do not have a copy of will. or moms medical records which was on court orders.
