I'm disabled with Medicare. I need portable generator and recliner lifting chair, will Medicare help pay?

I need a port. gen., recl.lifting chair & exp. glasses. Does Medicare help financially? I have Medicare A & B. I also have Blue Cross & Blue Shield coverage. Do I have any Medicare financial help options? I can't afford these items myself. I have frequent power outages where I reside and these items would be a tremendous help/safety relief relative to my disabilites. I had to purchase special vision equipment (on my own - over $4,000) so I could use my computer. Please respond ASAP.
Thank you in advance for any assistance that you may be able to give me.

Ask your doctor about a prescription for what you need and advice on how to get it.
