My aunt lives in assisted living she's 100 yrs. old.the ones that were her poa now live out of state,in Ohio to be poa you have to live in state.they have sold their homes and bought one out of state.what can we do to protect my aunt from them stealing everything she has left and getting either her poa or guardianship of her,for her protection?We know in the past these people have stolen from others? PLEASE HELP!!
