How do we get mother to change her clothes?

My father was much the same. He would change his clothes when he took a shower, but he didn't like to shower. So we didn't give him a choice about it. A shower was scheduled, the house was warmed, and everything prepared. My mother supervised as long as she could, then we got a home assistant to come in. He always felt better after his shower and he certainly looked better.
