Can I give power of attorney to my sister-in-law, of my minor daughter?

my wife filed a restraining order over me and i filed one for her we have one daughter the restraining order is only for us not with my child, the social worker spoke to my daugter already, i want to do a power of attorney, so they won't take oway my daughter and give to my sisiter in law

I am so sorry for the upheaval in your family.

You want to do a power of attorney for whom? Yourself? You wan to have the POA for someone else? Who? How old is your child? What would POA have to do with your relationship with her?

Perhaps if you can provide a few more details someone will have good advice.
