I'm not sure if you mean benefits for him or benefits for you to take care of him. If he is disabled but isn't on disability, you can go to Medicare.gov or call the Medicare office and ask how you get started on disability paperwork for him. If he is already on disability and Medicaid, you can see if in your state you can get paid for some hours of caring for him.
