Has anyone tried discontinuing Seroquel in an elderly person because of tardive dyskenesia?

I believe low dose Seroquel is causing tardive dyskenesia in my grandma. She has lip movements like licking her lips and is also having vision problems since being on the Seroquel 3 months. However, I have heard that withdrawals can be awful as well. Has anyone successfully discontinued this drug in an elderly person?
