How do I enroll in the Cash and Counseling program?

I gave up my job 7yrs. ago and have been caregiver for my Alzeheirmer Grandmother. Where and How do I apply for the cash and counseling program in Florida. Grandma is 92yrs. old and don't won't to put her in a facility, but I need so finance to pay for my medical. I have no medical or dental coverage.

Florida is an "income capped state" - likely your grandmother qualifies for Medicaid so that would work for you. The other option is to just call your Medicaid office and let them help you.
