Which senior living facilities will allow house pets that are potty-trained to go?

In addition to allowing dogs, we are looking an assisted living facility for both my mother-in-law and step-father-in-law. They both still drive. He is almost 80; she is 75. They currently live in OH. None of their children live close enough by to assist them with their needs. They own a house (for over 50 years) which they are looking to sell when they decide to make the move (soon). She has a motorized scooter, which she uses daily; she can walk short distances, get in/out of bed alone. He has a hearing deficit - and wears hearing aid devices. They do have 2 house dogs as mentioned in an earlier question.
