Are there any agences to help with dental expenses?

If the person is on Medicaid, there may be some funds there to pay for replacement of dental plates. Otherwise, unless there is insurance inplace, you may have a hard time getting it covered.
Try going to your state Web site and look under dental or oral health services. There may be some state aid.
