If a neurological diagnosis has been made is it legal to give antipsychotic’s?

Antipsychotics, when properly prescribed, do help certain illnesses. If you aren't comfortable with the prescribing doctor, it could be a good idea to get a second medical opinion. Antipsychotics have been misused in the past, and still are in some cases, but that doesn't mean they are never appropriate. Each person is different.
