How will Medicare help me to care for my husband at home? He is in stage 6, is incontinent and unable to care for himself.

Is your husband on Medicaid? Medicare doesn't generally pay for this care. Try going to your state Web site. Type "aging" in the search box and follow the links for local help and information. You may want to click on their link to the National Family Caregiver Support Program. They can be very helpful.
