If a patient doesn't have any assets are they eligible for Medicare, Medicaid or SSI to pay for home care services?

around 62-65 you are elibible for Medicare and SSI. Medicare pays very little in the way of in-home care unless there has been a recent hospital stay. If you qualify for Medicaid, as PirateGal said, you have more benefits available to you. But you have to appply now because I understand that there is a lot of paper work and you have to meet income level
good luck
