I'm going to be caring for my friend's grandfather full time. My CNA license expired. Will Medicare pay me or would it be worth it to go back and get my license renewed?

i have a dear friend that his gran father just had a storke, and will need care full time.I used to have my CNA license , but has expired my question is that i am going to be taking care of him full time thru the day monday thru friday 8 to 5, will medicare pay me to take care of him? or would i be better off going back to get my cna license and go that route??
