What is the procedure to becoming fiduciary?

Whatever you do, do not go through the courts!!! Trust me on this. As POA, go to an attorney for financial POA. Make it easy on yourself. I repeat, do NOT go through the courts. Unless you want to answer to them, and have them decide about your parent's estate, holding, etc., and have some judge dictate how things will go. NOT a good idea!
