I am unemployed (laid off office closed) and care for my wife 24/7. She gets SSI had a small pension and gets disability from an ins. $ AID?

Please go to your state's Web site and look under aging services for support and help. There will be choices and contact information. You should also check with your wife's disibiltiy people, as SS may have some caregiver pay if it's deemed she needs a caregiver. If she is on Medicaid, they might have something. But again, this is locally administered. Good luck with this. It's tough.
