I have to quit my job to care for my mother. How do I obtain the cash and counseling assistance in Arkansas?

There is probably a post per day about people quitting their jobs thinking SOMEone will pay them to care for their parent. Surely, someone will, or it is legal to have the parent pay them. Some times NOT. Start here to read past threads...

I am not sure of your state laws but I think you are able to pay yourself up to a certain amount per month from her trust or monies. I suggest contacting an attorney who is versed in this or maybe your acct. My prayers are with you.
