If my mom lives with me, do I have to report my income on her Medicaid application?

does anyone know can my mom qualify for medicaid if she live with me? when you fill out the app. it ask to report income do i have to report my husbands? if so why? Im also wondering if the state can pay you for taking care of your parent because you cant work for the reason of your parent lives with you and you are taking care of her.
