My grandma who is 86 has been sick the last two months, she has been healthy prior to that including no dementia etc. two weeks ago she came home under hospice. She had been in the hospital for 3 weeks and pretty much has not been with it or lucid/ We were so sad that she could go with out knowing us the last 3 days she has been our grandma she has told me how much she loves me, has even discussed her wishes for her funeral, what heirlooms she wanted my nephews to have .she is so peaceful no pain, she is content where she is going. I was able to tell her how I feel along with my sister and my 4 nephews. she raised my sister and I. I don't know how much longer she has, but she is still drinking water and is eating some ice cream. Any one else have any special Christmas moments.
