I read a topic I want to respond to on the opening page, it was about UTI's.
I signed in, but could never again find that topic. It was about UTIs. Is there a way to search for a topic without combing through all the 100 of topics?
Up on the right hand side of the page is a menu bar with "My Account/Public Profile/Sign Out" options. Right below it is the "Search Site" box. Type in "UTIs" and you'll get a lot of hits.
The "opening page" ("Recent Questions") is an amalgam of recent posts from multiple subforums and changes literally by the moment. You can access earlier posts by clicking on "More Questions" and following the posts down and back in time to search for the post you want.
