My 95-year-old Mother fell and broke her hip in 2 places and is not in rehab, they are to apply to Medicaid since she was VA patient but they will not pay.
what if there is not enough money each month to pay, & what happens after her death can they take her house(in her name only) they say her SS & VA pension will cover expense so do we get her $40,000 debt now?
