mother is currently in a private pay facility in San Antonio, Texas. I am trying to locate a long-term care facility in the Georgetown area

that provides deminia/alzhemer care and accepts medicaid. We have about 6 months left on private pay funds before we need to switch to medicaid and would like to place her in a facility for the last time. Prefer to place her in a facility where we can start with private pay and move right into medicaid without having to move her again.
