It seems to me that paying for the care of a loved one is an issue all of us face, to some degree. Yet I have never been able to find a comprehensive list of ALL available sources for free or low cost care, products or services. And yes, I know about the biggies like VA and Medicaid. I'd really like to see a comprehensive list to add to my own, which now numbers close to 20 different sources.
