i had to see a neurologist ater a had a fall that involved my left side of my head. after my mri he told me that i must have had a stroke about 2 yrs ago. i was totally shocked. how can you have a stroke without knowing . i asked if it was a mini stock, he told me no, damaged was done to the left part of the brain that operates my right side. no wonder i fall a lot, and kind of lose my balance walking. i always blamed it on my rheumatoid and age. i kind of pull to the right when walking like and old car that needs repair. weezer

This article is too generalized. There many other chronic medical problems which consistently display these symptoms. i.e., neuro-degenerative diseases like Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, etc. If you are going to quote and write this type of article you need to qualify about other medical problems as noted above.

Good in theory, however most medical personnel don't take a woman's complaints seriously. Strokes are very common for women in my family, yet the above symptoms were dismissed by various doctors, as the women were "too young" to have a stroke.
