Why is she falsing accusing me of that?

Earlier my mom came back from work and she noticed the fridge being dirty and then accusing me of spitting on the fridge with my toothpaste ( something that I never do), why she doing that (I’m 23)?!

That's called paranoia. My 95-yr old Mom is constantly accusing me of coming into her house and moving or taking stuff. There's no convincing her that it is she who is doing it. If you're 23 then your Mom can't be very old (early 60s at most?). Usually in a senior a sudden change in personality can be a sign of a UTI (confusion, delusions, hallucinations, aggression, memory loss, fatigue). If your Mom doesn't have any history of mental health or substance abuse issues, then I would make up a reason to get her in to Urgent Care to get her checked for a UTI. If she has one she will be given antibiotics, which will clear it up. UTIs in older women don't always come with the classic burning sensation, urgency, fever symptoms. It isn't always related to hygiene, but also changes in pH and physiology.
